To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair must be completely unbrushed, unaltered, and remain in its original packaging. We will immediately reject any return if the lace is cut, bundles are unraveled, tags are removed, or if the unit has been washed, styled, chemically treated, or carries any personal odors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1.2.2 Perfumes &amp; Fragrances:<\/strong> To maintain the condition of our perfumes, liquid fragrances are eligible for an exchange or store credit only if the outer protective wrapping, box seals, and atomized spray mechanisms are completely untampered with.
