1.1 Shipping 

  • 1.1.1 We are dedicated to getting your premium hair, cosmetics, and luxury perfumes to you safely, securely, and in pristine condition. By partnering with reputable logistics providers, we maintain an efficient fulfillment ecosystem designed to deliver your items directly to your doorstep with peace of mind.
  • 1.1.2 Working Days: Please note that all order processing, packaging, and transit timelines are calculated on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding local and international public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

1.2 Processing Timelines by Product Category

  • 1.2.1 Cosmetics & Perfumes Processing: Orders containing strictly cosmetics, make-up, or fragrances are quickly fulfilled and prepared for dispatch within 1 working day following successful payment confirmation.
  • 1.2.2 Hair & Wig Processing: Because our human hair extensions and wigs undergo rigorous quality assurance inspections and styling preparation prior to packaging, these items require a processing window of 2–4 working days before handover to our courier partners.
  • 1.2.3 Mixed-Category Transactions: If your transaction contains a combination of products across multiple categories (e.g., a wig alongside cosmetics or perfumes), the entire order will default to the longer processing timeline of 2–4 working days. This ensures all your items are consolidated and packaged beautifully together in a single delivery.

1.3 Regional Transit Timelines & Courier Networks

  • 1.3.1 Ghana Deliveries: * Accra: Following our category processing windows, delivery takes 1–3 working days via Bolt, Yango, or our trusted local dispatch riders.
    • Rest of Ghana: Deliveries outside Accra are routed via established regional transport and courier networks, taking 3–5 working days.
  • 1.3.2 Nigeria Deliveries: * Lagos: Following our category processing windows, delivery takes 1–3 working days via GIG, Bolt, or specialized local dispatch riders.
    • Rest of Nigeria: Shipments outside Lagos are dispatched securely through GIG Logistics (GIGL) and arrive within 3–5 working days.
  • 1.3.3 International Shipping: For our global community outside Ghana and Nigeria, orders are shipped via DHL Express. International transit takes 5–10 working days.

1.4 In-Store Pickups

  • 1.4.1 Accra Salon Pickups: Customers in Accra can pick up directly at our salon location in Oyarifa, Accra. Please wait until you receive an official “Ready for Pickup” notification via email or SMS before coming to collect your order.
  • 1.4.2 Lagos: To better serve our community in Nigeria, a physical Lagos pickup location and store experience is coming soon. Until launch, all Lagos orders will continue to be fulfilled via our dispatch network.

1.5 Tracking, Delivery Liability, & Customs

  • 1.5.1 Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partners, an automated notification containing your unique tracking link or dispatch details will be sent to your registered email or phone number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
  • 1.5.2 Address Accuracy & Delivery Liability: You are responsible for providing precise delivery direction, active phone number, and correct shipping address. The company is not liable for delayed shipments, failed handovers, or additional re-routing fees caused by rider-delivery rejections or incorrectly entered address data.
  • 1.5.3 International Customs & Import Duties: For international shipments, any local customs clearances, import taxes, duties, or cross-border regulatory fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for transit delays caused by local customs enforcement protocols.
