1.2 Account Creation & Security

• 1.2.1 Profile Accuracy: When creating an account or checking out as a guest, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current contact, delivery, and billing information. This ensures smooth payment processing, prompt delivery routing, and correct accumulation of any loyalty rewards.

• 1.2.2 Credentials Responsibility: If you create an account, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. 1.3 Product Categories, Descriptions, & Pricing

• 1.3.1 Hair Category: We take great pride in sourcing premium human hair extensions and wigs. However, minor variations in natural color, lace shading, or texture may occur. Furthermore, slight differences can result from screen displays and editorial studio lighting. These natural variations do not constitute product defects.

• 1.3.2 Perfumes & Cosmetics: All our cosmetics, skincare, and perfumes are guaranteed 100% genuine and original. We provide detailed descriptions of scent notes and makeup shades to guide your purchase. Customers are advised to review all ingredient lists provided to manage personal allergy awareness prior to topical application.

• 1.3.3 Price & Description: We strive for absolute accuracy across our entire inventory. In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with typographical errors due to a system glitch, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your payment has already been processed, we will immediately cancel the transaction and issue full store credit or an exchange.

1.4 Orders, Multi-Category Transaction, & Payments

• 1.4.1 Order Acceptance: The receipt of an email invoice or order confirmation does not indicate our final acceptance of your order. A final agreement is formally established only when your payment is successfully verified and your items are cleared for dispatch by our fulfillment team.

• 1.4.2 The “Mixed Cart” Rule: If you purchase products from multiple categories (e.g., a luxury wig alongside cosmetics or perfumes) within a single transaction, your order may be split behind the scenes. Fulfillment will default to the longest category processing timeline to ensure all items are packaged safely and securely together.

• 1.4.3 Payment Methods & Currency: We accept verified payment methods across Ghana, Nigeria, and international regions via our integrated secure payment gateways. Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies (GHS, NGN, USD), and transactions are securely encrypted. The User is  responsible for any foreign exchange or cross-border transaction fees levied by their bank.

• 1.4.4 Fraud & Chargeback Protection: To protect our business against bad-faith chargebacks and fraudulent activity, we actively track transaction data, delivery confirmation receipts, and IP addresses. False “Item Not Received” claims will be thoroughly challenged using this tracking data submitted directly to the financial networks.

1.5 Custom Wigs & Pre-Order Restrictions

• 1.5.1 Customizations Finality: All custom-made wigs, personalized units, or tailored pre-order items enter into production immediately upon payment confirmation. Because these items are crafted specifically to your unique parameters, they are entirely excluded from cancellations, alterations, refunds, or returns.

1.6 Intellectual Property & Community Guidelines

• 1.6.1 Brand Asset Protection: All text, digital copy, logo designs, graphics, branding layouts, and editorial photography featured on this platform are our exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or duplication of these assets is strictly prohibited.

• 1.6.2 User Reviews & Conduct: We highly encourage our community to leave honest, helpful reviews and engage with our platform. However, we reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that is deemed unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful to our team or community.

1.7 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

• 1.7.1 Scope of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or operational losses arising from delivery delays caused by external courier factors, customs clearance, or weather conditions.
